Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Prograamer when you buy or use what's on this site.

Last updated: 20 August 2026

These terms apply when you use www.prograamer.com or buy anything on it. The service is operated by Prograamer, a sole trader based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

Accounts

You need an account to buy. Keep your login secure — anything done through your account is treated as done by you. One account is for one person; buying once does not license a team.

What you get, and for how long

  • AI agents — access to the agent’s setup guide for 365 days from purchase, including updates published during that period. Access is view-only through the site; agents are not distributed as downloadable files.
  • All-access bundle — the same access to every published agent, plus agents released during your subscription period.
  • Courses — access for as long as your account exists, unless the course page says otherwise at the time of purchase.

What you may and may not do with it

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own work and learning, including in your job. You may not resell, republish, redistribute or share it, publish it in whole or substantial part, or use it to build a competing product. Sharing account credentials is a breach of these terms.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown before purchase and charged in the currency displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe or Razorpay depending on your location; their terms also apply to the transaction. We may change prices at any time, but never for a purchase you have already completed.

Refunds

See our refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service, scrape paid content, or use the material for anything unlawful. The AI agents we sell automate tasks on your own accounts — you remain responsible for how you use them, including complying with the terms of any third-party site they interact with.

Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Educational material is provided in good faith and is not professional, legal, financial or career advice; results depend on your own circumstances and effort.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim. This does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms — for example by redistributing paid content or sharing credentials. Where the breach is not serious we will contact you first.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts there have jurisdiction over any dispute.
